Accreditation & partnership

  • Ryle Seminary’s Master of Divinity (Anglican Studies), offered in partnership with Heritage College & Seminary, is the only accredited, Anglican, reformed, complementarian MDiv in North America.

This program is designed to form students as unashamed workers of the Gospel—grounded in the full counsel of God and equipped for faithful ministry within the Church.

  • This program is built upon partnership within the broader Reformed evangelical movement.

Students complete accredited academic coursework through Heritage College & Seminary while receiving Anglican formation, mentorship, and ministry training through Ryle Seminary.

This model fosters meaningful fellowship and shared theological vision, preparing students for ministry alongside others committed to the same confessional and ecclesial convictions.

  • Rooted in the evangelical, Reformed, and complementarian Anglican tradition, this program seeks to cultivate deep theological conviction and pastoral wisdom.

Students are formed within a living tradition expressed by pastor-theologians such as Richard Sibbes, J.C. Ryle, John Stott, and J.I. Packer—men committed to clarity, faithfulness, and the centrality of the Gospel.

Through this formation, students are equipped not only with knowledge, but with the character and conviction necessary for ministry in Christ’s Church.

  • This MDiv is among the most affordable accredited programs of its kind in North America.

Designed with flexibility in mind, all courses are offered synchronously online, allowing students across Canada and beyond to participate fully in real time.

For those in Ontario, students may also attend in person at our Ottawa or Burlington campuses.

In this way, students are encouraged to remain deeply rooted in their local church—serving, being discipled, and preparing for ministry within the life of God’s household.
